Established in 2005, the ATANOO Group develops and maintains the Vision to Actual™ methodology (“V2A™”) and ATLOOKS Studio™ for agile management and planning of their strategic programs.
ATANOO has its HQ in Switzerland, with offices in Switzerland, US, Germany, Czech Republic, Israel, Korea, Russia and Bulgaria.
ATANOO has successfully completed numerous projects in over 12 countries; all have proven its ability to provide enterprises with short-term bottom-line results coupled with a long term roadmap and migration strategy. As part of our transformation projects, major improvements were achieved on the implementation of large scale & complex projects implementing solutions from leading vendors.
Our philosophy is simple: we do the right thing for our clients, and as such we get involved and join the working sessions internally and externally. We help drive decisions, clarify strategy and participate in commercial negotiations. We have no “consultants” per se – all of our staff members are highly experienced professionals who ran similar activities for world leaders.
Our work is delivered hands-on, and instead of heavy documents we deliver to our clients useful tools like ATLOOKS Studio™, which auto-generate these charts and documents, live, from a dynamic repository.

Nitsa Shauli – COO
Ms. Shauli has over 25 years of experience in running large-scale programs. Her carear includes senior positions with Tadiran, Amdocs and Logan-Orviss International. Ms. Shauli has worked for such clients as Verizon (US), Telstra (Australia), SBC (US) and many others. Due to the importance of the solution to ATANOO’s clients, as COO she also holds responsibility for solution delivery.
Martin Kammer – CEO
Mr. Kammer has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to the telecom sector. Mr. Kammer managed sales for HP, Amdocs and Sitronics Telecom Solutions. A member of the management board, he is driving global sales and business development for ATANOO.
Dr. Paul Avrahami – CTO
Dr. Avrahami has over 20 years of experience out of which 18 are in telecom related innovations and commercial-grade projects. His career includes senior positions at Amdocs, Sapience and Cellcom. Dr. Avrahami has worked for such clients as Vimpelcom (Russia), US West (US), Japan Telecom and many others.
Eitan Yurman - Senior VP Business Development
Mr. Yurman has over 15 years of experience in Business development, sales and marketing in the Telecom, Finance and IT sectors. Mr. Yurman managed projects and business development for Bezeq, 3Com, Amdocs and IXI Mobile Inc. Mr. Yurman is responsible for ATANOO's sales and business development activities with customers and partners through out the world.
