Success is achieved in steps, utilizing the V2A™ methodology and a pre-configured, pre-loaded instance of the ATLooks Studio™ software.

Step 1 - Target Business Architecture

In this phase the business and operational goals and possible future needs (i.e. M&A, geographical expansion) are taken into account to create target business architecture. The end-result is a target definition for the entire business spectrum from a business and technology aspect. This is maintained, versioned and visualized using the ATLooks Studio™ solution, which is available online to all authorized users. The target business architecture is compared to the relevant industry standard, using ATANOO’s patented algorithm to generate a coherent forward-looking plan.

Step 2 – Current Assets Survey

The as-Is state is captured and analyzed using V2A™ methodical tools. The business architecture is then compared, using ATANOO’s patented algorithms to the target business architecture defined in step 1. ATANOO’s experts then use this comparison to refine and verify current issues as a basis for the next step.

Step 3 – Define Migration Phases

The migration phase is defined based on business and fiscal priorities, the competitive arena and other considerations including the optimal utilization of current and future assets. Using ATLooks Studio™ you can also monitor the progress of each phase in your migration scheme.
